👀 Do you have a desk job where you sit for long periods of time? Experiencing back or neck pain? You are not alone!

💥 Sitting for prolonged periods with poor posture will often put stress on the muscles, ligaments, and joints of your neck and back, often leading to tightness, tension, and/or pain in those areas. This is very common, especially for those who do not maintain a good posture. It is encouraged that those who sit at a desk for long durations to stand up often (every 30-40 minutes) to walk around and stretch, taking off the tensions in the neck and back.

👍Try these stretches out and let me know what you think!
