Youth Sports Performance Classes

Performance classes designed for youth athletes across every sport who want to get stronger, faster, and more explosive while staying injury-free all season long. Small class settings that emphasize form and technique with careful attention to detail. Our coaches deliver competitive, safe, and effective programs tailored to each athlete's needs, with a focus on long-term success and injury prevention.

About Our Classes

  • Performance classes designed for youth athletes across every sport who want to get stronger, faster, and more explosive while staying injury-free all season long.

    Classes available for both middle school and high school athletes (ages 11-18 years old).

  • Our program includes two key class types that are offered throughout the week (Monday-Friday) based on age group.

    Strength & Power: Classes focus on building muscle strength, explosive power, and overall physical conditioning.

    Speed & Agility: Classes are designed to improve quickness, reaction time, and coordination, helping athletes excel in their sport.

  • At the start of the program, each athlete will undergo comprehensive testing to assess their strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and symmetry. Athletes will have access to unlimited classes throughout the week, providing ample opportunity to work on their performance. To ensure continuous improvement, they will be regularly monitored and retested throughout the season, allowing us to track their progress and optimize their development within the program.

  • Each class is 60 minutes long and is designated by age group. We offer middle school (11-14 years old) and high school (15-18 years old) classes that run 5 days a week (Monday through Friday).

    Classes will consist of 6-10 athletes. The small class size allows us to focus on detail and individualized attention.

    Our goal is to give the athletes in the community the tools and resources they need to be the best and most well-rounded athletes they can be.

  • We offer two membership options: month-to-month unlimited access and a 3-month unlimited plan.

Our physical therapy process for youth athletes involves a detailed assessment to create a personalized program that addresses their specific needs and goals. We focus on movement, flexibility, strength training, and injury prevention to help them recover safely and efficiently.

Through a combination of in-person sessions and daily exercises guided via our mobile app, we provide the tools and support needed for a pain-free return to sport. Our approach not only ensures a safe recovery but also enhances their overall performance and resilience.
