How Does Hybrid Physical Therapy Work?

Our approach is unique. With a combination of in-person sessions and remote coaching through our mobile app, you are always making progress towards your goals.

  • Our hybrid physical therapy approach begins with a comprehensive 60-minute evaluation to thoroughly assess each individual’s unique needs and goals.

  • Following the initial assessment, we develop a personalized, goal-oriented program that not only addresses your pain but also focuses on your specific goals and performance. This program combines in-person sessions with remote coaching, all managed seamlessly through our mobile app.


  • All clients receive access to our mobile app. The app serves as a central hub where clients can access their exercise programs, track progress, and maintain 24/7 communication with their physical therapist throughout their journey. Exercise programs are tailored to each client, with daily plans meticulously detailed based on their unique goals, ensuring targeted progress and effective results.


  • Initially, we schedule more frequent in-person visits to provide close supervision and support. Over time, we gradually reduce these visits, allowing clients to gain independence and confidently manage their own recovery. We will provide you with a strong framework to be independent in managing your health and well-being while giving you the tools and guidance needed for long-term success.

  • Our approach not only promotes long-term success in physical health but also allows for a seamless transition to our small group personal training programs, where clients can continue to build strength, gain confidence in the gym, and achieve their fitness goals.
