We begin with a comprehensive assessment to review your personal fitness goals, conduct an InBody scan for body composition, and perform various strength tests. Our team, including physical therapists, will assess any potential injury risks or areas that need special attention, ensuring they’re addressed in your customized program.

Based on the results of your assessment, you’ll receive a personalized exercise program tailored to your unique needs and goals. While training in a small group, everyone follows their own individualized workout. Your coach provides guidance, tracks your progress, and adjusts your program as needed to ensure you’re always moving toward your goals.

Our hybrid approach combines in-person sessions with remote coaching to deliver a customized program tailored to your specific needs. Our plans combine in-person sessions with remote coaching through our mobile app to relieve pain, prevent future issues, and enhance performance for long-lasting results.
