  • We begin with a comprehensive assessment to review your personal fitness goals, conduct an InBody scan for body composition, and perform various strength tests. Our team, including physical therapists, will assess any potential injury risks or areas that need special attention, ensuring they’re addressed in your customized program.

  • Based on the results of your assessment, you’ll receive a personalized exercise program tailored to your unique needs and goals. While training in a small group, everyone follows their own individualized workout. Your coach provides guidance, tracks your progress, and adjusts your program as needed to ensure you’re always moving toward your goals.

  • We regularly assess your body composition and strength to ensure you stay on track toward your goals.

  • Receive updated exercise programs based on your reassessment results to ensure continuous improvement and progression toward your goals.

Tier 1

Best for those just getting started or balancing a busy schedule.

With one coached session per week and support between visits, Tier 1 offers structure, accountability, and expert programming without the overwhelm. Perfect if you’re returning to training or want to build consistency.
