Our coaches deliver competitive, safe, and effective programs tailored to each athlete's needs, with a focus on long-term success and injury prevention.
About Our Classes

Sports performance classes designed for middle school & high school athletes across every sport who want to get stronger, faster, and more explosive while staying injury-free all season long.

Our program includes two key class types that are offered throughout the week (Monday-Friday) based on age group.
Strength & Power: Classes focus on building muscle strength, explosive power, and overall physical conditioning.
Speed & Agility: Classes are designed to improve quickness, reaction time, and coordination, helping athletes excel in their sport.

At the start of the program, each athlete will undergo comprehensive testing to assess their strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and symmetry. Athletes will have access to classes throughout the week, providing ample opportunities to work on their performance. To ensure continuous improvement, they will be regularly monitored and retested throughout the season, allowing us to track their progress and optimize their development within the program.

Each class is 60 minutes long and is designated by age group. We offer middle school (11-14 years old) and high school (15-18 years old) classes that run 5 days a week (Monday through Friday).
Classes will consist of 6-8 athletes. The small class size allows us to focus on detail and individualized attention.
Our goal is to give the athletes in the community the tools and resources they need to be the best and most well-rounded athletes they can be.

We offer three membership options to fit your needs: a 3-month unlimited plan with a 3-month commitment, a month-to-month unlimited option, and a 4-sessions-per-month plan for athletes with busy schedules.
